    This is my first EVER recipe for chocolate chip cookies and the only one I will use. Cookies are PHENOMENAL, plenty for sharing and tons of compliments. It’s the perfect combination of sweet & salty, without being too rich! Thank you for sharing!!! 😁

    My new favorite recipe! Very rich! Baking for 8 minutes was good. Mine didn’t spread too much. Use about 1 1/2 c of chips. I used semi sweet and dark chips. Oh so good warm!

    These are great! I traded out half of the butter for shortening to get fluffier cookies, but mine look just like the photos. So maybe that wasn’t needed. The directions also include helpful tips for newbies! Great recipe!

    The cookies turned out so good, chewy and delicious. I decided not to use nuts and it turned out so well! Definitely will try these again! The recipe said to bake for 8 to 10 minutes but I baked for about 12 to 15 because I made my cookies a little bigger than asked for and it turned out perfect! I tried the cookies with some cal poly ice- cream and they turned out amazing! After a few days the cookies started to get hard with the ice-cream! You can just warm it up and Tada they are perfect, I also added Ghirardelli chocolate chips!🍪😍🍪

    Absolutely fantastic, we added a hint 1/4 tsp of cinnamon to it, might add more next time, but result was the best I ever had!

    My family loved it! I’m not a big fan of nuts in my cookies so I didn’t use them. I let the cookie dough chill in my fridge for about 20-30mins or over night then cooked them on a 350 degrees in the oven for about 18mins and it came out delicious😋 The edges of the cookies were crispy and the middle was super soft but yet the chocolate melted in your mouth.

    My family’s favorite cookie recipe; we make them at least once per month. Also very good as the crust of an ice cream cookie cake. When using as cookie crust, line 9” springform pan with parchment paper, press cookie dough into bottom, and decrease cooking temperature to 350 for 18-20 min.
