This recipe was very good and very quick. I thought it would be harder to make than it actually was. I did put in too much pepper in it but it was still awesome.

Omg cuz I added 2 tablespoons garlic and one zucchini- double the spices it was the bomb

The ingredients are right-on and the spices interesting.
And I have made and will make similar dishes.
But, please, Americans ought to someday realize--fried rice is a left-over ensemble, the thing you throw together the next day, never an entre!!!

Very good! I added celery instead of onion for a milder kid friendly flavor. Correct restaurant texture

This recipe is FANTASTIC! Loaded with flavour and better than take-out. I make this regularly when we fancy Chinese food, usually with a home-cooked Sweet and Sour Chicken dish. Can't recommend this one enough!
