This was so easy to make and my picky son loved it! Definitely getting added to the rotation and will try subbing chicken breast also!

Used chicken instead of shrimp and was very tasty. Very easy and quick. Paired with brown rice. Had to use lime juice. Next time will plan better and use fresh lime. Think that will be more flavorful. But in a pinch the lime juice was okay. I highly recommend using the homemade taco & fajitas seasoning. Leftovers just as good.

Very good. Very easy. I increased the veggies to include mushroom and zucchini. I cooked them at 400 for ten minutes then added the shrimp. I will make this again.

I would cut the veggies a bit smaller and start cooking them first and then add the shrimp a bit later. I’m all for crispy veggies, but these were a bit too much. The flavor was great and shrimp were tender. Will definitely make it again.

We loved this so much I made it again with mixed frozen seafood and served it over linguini.

Super easy, used fresh, fresh scrimp etc,, my husband and kids ate it so quickly, basically it was a huge. Very flavorful . I used mixed colored peppers and red onions it was a very pretty dish.

Great recipe for a quick dinner. Make sure you have a big enough sheet tray to cook everything evenly. I added some guacamole salsa, sour cream, and cabbage to finish the fajitas, on corn tortillas.
