Description
Dinner doesn't get easier than this wholesome, filling, and adaptable sheet pan meal! Feel free to make extra of the seasoned oil to drizzle on after serving. And note that the recipe is designed for very small chicken breasts; if the ones you use are larger, you can divide the recipe between two pans so everything fits in a single layer, and then set it all back on one pan for serving. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.

its a good recipe for a process of cooking veggies with chicken. but the taste and flavor lacks any interest what so ever. definitely use your heart making up a spice combination for yourself. but I did cook exactly to directions and my chicken and veggies came out perfect.

I cooked at 400 and added a few minutes at the end and it turned out perfect except a little heavy on the salt. Worked great with plain rice.

Really yummy and tender juicy chicken with good flavor. Would definitely make again.

Yummy, but wish it didn't have so many steps, and should pan sear the chicken before adding it to the roasting pan.

It was good but I started eyeballing the seasonings. If you’re a beginner… don’t eyeball the seasonings 🙃

really easy to follow along. Everything turned out the perfect temperature and texture with this staggered timing of putting things into the oven.

really good, read the reviews that said it needed more flavor on the chicken, so I added some extra spices i enjoy and it was lovely!

The only thing i'd change for next time is maybe add different spices to give it more flavor because it didn't have much of a taste! Other then that though it cooked well and i would make it again ! :)

This was pretty easy and turned out nicely. I may add a bit more of the garlic powder next time for more depth of flavor, but as written it’s a good base recipe. We used yellow squash, zucchini, carrots and shallots for the veg.

I did green beans, carrots and zucchini for the veggies. The veggies and potatoes were great! The chicken however, was kinda bland. I wouldn’t call it an “easy” meal. Took quite a while to make, especially the prep work.

Excellent. I made it tonight and both hubby and I loved it. I added one minute of cook time when I added the veggies (carrots, green beans and brussel sprouts) and two minutes when I added the chicken. Used baby potatoes cut in half. We have enough left for tomorrow 😊

i used a large oven roasting pan and it still waant big enough. make sure you get a big enough pan. i added extra seasoning. It was good. I am not sure if I will make it again as I like a more seared piece of meat and don't like having to roast longer then a recipe indicates.

This was enjoyed by the whole family. It is easy to make and would be easy to customize for various tastes and preferences. It may take longer than the time listed depending on how long the chicken takes the come to 165. Ours cooked about 10 minutes longer.
