    An easier version of a breakfast casserole and great that it can be customized for each person. It’s a win!

    very good. it does take a bit longer than a toddler likes, so I ended up making two breakfast that morning but he did eat both. hit the spot but not a regular due to the high fat and sodium but on occasion it's a good breakfast to break up the monotony of eggs and bacon.
