These veggies were delicious! I felt like I could devour the whole tray myself! And the recipe was so easy, as the title promised.

Delicious. I didn't use a whole red onion. Next time I will cut back on the oil the parmesan cheese has a lot of oil too when it's cooked. We put diced chicken on top. Yum.

Very good,added a little original Mrs. Dash flavoring and cut up some boneless chicken,and it was delicious!

This was super easy to make! I’m not a fan of peppers so I doubled the sweet potatoes and it was fantastic. Going to make this again
