I made this tonight and it is very good. I added one small carrot and one rib of celery otherwise I just followed the recipe. Yummly!

It turned out great! I wasn’t sure exactly how many potatoes to use since I cut and peeled mine own, so I ended with a little more than three cups but I just added more chicken broth to even it out. But everybody loved it and is asking me to make it again!

Very very good was most pleasantly surprised I added half a Med hatch green chili so good

It turned out great I’ve made this twice now and each time to rave reviews. it’s easy to modify with additions like carrots - just add a little extra broth when cooking the carrots with the potatoes. And it’s just about as quick and easy as it says too, and that’s not always the case!
