Made this dough and refrigerated it in an olive oiled ziplock overnight till ready to use. Turned out onto a floured surface and worked it into a circle. Transferred to 2 large greased pizza pans. Topped, then baked at 450 for 10-12 minutes.
It was better then OK but I'm gonna have to tweak it next time. Super easy to make but we prefer a crisper crust and this was just too soft. Which is totally on me and I think once I figure that out and make this again, I'll be changing it to 5 stars for sure!

This is the second time I've made the recipe: I've used "pizza flour" both times, and both times the dough has been too wet and I've had to add at least 4TBSP flour. However, the flavor of the crust has been good, better than with AP flour (imo).

Well, if you do it in the bread machine, the dough becomes gummy & sticky. It needs some more flour to make it ready to roll....

It’s a great recipe with almost guaranteed outcome!! It’s even better when I rest the dough overnight but still delicious if you make it right away!

So easy to make and came out excellent! The batch really does make two pizzas… even if you like thick crust I recommend you make two or halve the recipe for one large pizza.

This dough was pretty easy to make. I had some equipment failures so i May not have achieved the best dough consistency but it was delicious. It puffed up a bit more than I would have liked but I’ll try again when I get a new mixer!

Easy. Fast and delicious. I added more oil as I found the dough very stiff to work by hand.

Used a tsp of sugar and it came out great. Would definitely recommend. It's my husband's new favorite 😂
