This is a nice recipe as the cheese adds a nice crust. Waaaay too much paprika. I will Cut that in half next time and hope that’s enough. It’s not too spicy it’s just that the paprika flavour is too dominant and takes away from the yummy part cheese flavour. I also think next time I will add about two teaspoons of lemon rind to the crust for some added citrus boost.

Flavor filled fish! Tartar sauce was absolutely unnecessary. In fact, any additional sauces would be an affront to this recipe’s taste. Simple recipe that is simply delicious.

Broil convection will create a better crust a dash of garlic powder and cayenne really pulls it together goes well with sautéed Brussel sprouts

Delicious loved it! I added a little more seasoning to the cheese mix and broiled the fish a little before eating to make more crispy and came out perfect. Will def make again!!

Excellent!!! It came out vary tasty for really bland tilapia itself. Crust was perfect. It was very easy recipe. Now it is my favorite.

Family loved it! If I made it again I would let the fish air dry in fridge before I prepared it. Should give crust more crunch!

Delicious. I followed this recipe exactly and came out with delicious Tilapia. I have never baked fish before; always been stove top in iron skillet. This is so much easier! I did shred a little cheddar on Parmesan since I was running low. It was awesome. Thanks for this recipe.

Turned out well. Used regular oven. Sprayed foil with cooking spray. Quick and easy recipe. I liked the taste, but hubby said he didn’t think the flavors “went together”, so I may try different spices next time.

The tilapia turned out great. Very easy to make. Instead of using paprika I used hot paprika to add some spice to the fish.

I do think a convection oven is best for this recipe. I have an electric oven, and mine didn't crisp or brown enough. I really didn't want to over bake my fish. The flavor was great! I did add cayenne pepper based on anothet review and it was perfect.

I normally don't like fish, but this came out awesome! I read the reviews and read it lacked flavor, so I used this as inspo. I have a newborn and the oven didn't work out while baby wearing. So I did stovetop... parmesan ritz cracker encrusted tilapia. I just crushed up ritz crackers in a zip lock bag, put that in a bowl along with parm, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. The tilapia came straight out the freezer and thawed in hot water, rinsed then pat dried with paper towels. Coated them with the mix and threw them in a pan with butter! deliciousness! sorry I changed it, but my crying newborn demanded I hurry up, so I improvised. So good!

It was pretty good. Very tender, but wish it had a little more flavor. Will make again. Super easy, too.

Amazing except I used filet of sole instead of tilapia

I was okay. I sprinkled lemon juice over the top of it so it didn't taste so fishy.
