    Have made this recipe several times since it has become my wife’s favorite side dish. It is a great recipe. I use more mushrooms than it calls for and sauté them completely separately with some seasoning, Worcestershire and red wine. The rest of it I follow the recipe and it turns out great every time. It does require a lot of stirring, but that puts the love in the dish.
