Delicious! I used turkey sausage and didn’t use chicken; added extra shrimp instead

Turned out great! I didn’t have the right amount of tomato, so I was a bit short on that but otherwise followed the recipe. Had it with corn bread!

LOVED IT! I used RoTel, pureed it for a second...other than that followed the recipe to a T. It is DELICIOUS, and I've been eating creole all my life! Thanks for the great recipe! CC in TX

It was awesome! I modified it and added a jalapeño pepper and used elk sausage.

I used instant rice which turned out great, not gummy or sticky but fluffy. Added 2 cups because 1 1/4 cups got "lost" in broth and other ingredients. Realized after started i didn't have cayenne pepper so I improvised and used 2 tsp of Old Bay seasoning which has cayanne and paprika. Really goid substitute.
Dish turned out goid. Will make again during winter months.

A good recipe for Jambalaya without having to make a roux. Tasty and simple. The instruction are accurate and easy to follow. Good recipe for beginners wanting to try some cajun cooking!
