    It turned out very well we substitute the Orzo for arborio rice and without the endive. we rub sage in place of basil

    Fabulous! Family LOVED this soup. I didn't put it in the crock pot, cooked it in my 5 quart soup pot on top of the stove. Very easy and super flavorful. Will be making this again!
