HUGE hit!!!! Made this for a Memorial Day celebration - marinaded the pork loins overnight - they were DELICIOUS!

This marinade is the bomb. I didn't even follow these cooking instructions or have time to marinate in fridge - just poured over big pork tenderloin (after using a meat tenderizer on it to help absorb the marinade quicker), wrapped in foil and cooked in oven. Did follow the instructions on pouring more marinade over it like 5min before done cooking. Super easy. My husband immediately asked if I would be down to keep making this. Leftover sauce from pan was also really good over jasmine rice and peas/carrots.

Fabulous! Reduced the marinade for dipping and it made it that much better. A new go to marinade for us.
