Directions
- Finely chop 1/4 cup red onion, crush the garlic, and juice the lemon.
- Line a sheet pan or large plate with cooking parchment and set aside.
- Combine turkey, chopped red onion, garlic, oregano, dill, feta, and lemon juice in a large bowl, mixing with your hands until well combined. Shape turkey into 5 patties and lay them flat on the lined sheet pan to keep them from sticking together.
- In a large nonstick frying pan, heat olive oil over medium heat until shimmering. Add turkey patties and cook, flipping them occasionally, until they're golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F in the center on an instant-read thermometer.
- Layer butter lettuce, turkey patties, tomato slices, red onion slices (if using), and tzatziki on the English muffins, and dig in!

Turned out well. The turkey was well seasoned but the flavor of the meat was missing. The spices were well balanced but the turkey was such a mild flavor the flavor of the meat got lost. Would definitely make again, maybe add salt.
