    Easy and delicious. Used leftover veggies. Will make many times again!
    A very positive surprise. It's easy on stomach, but still makes you full. It's also easy to make. Tastes great, and eating it is a pleasure. Will definitely make it again!

    Delicious. I used red, orange, yellow peppers, mushrooms, bacon and green onions. I also added 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for a little kick. Served it with sliced avocado and a teaspoon of sour cream.

    It was great! I used potato, mushroom, and breakfast ham. My kids loved it! It stuck to the skillet quite a bit, so next time I'll spray with cooking oil before putting the skillet in the oven.

    yummy. i used frozen veggies with fresh onion. sauteed them all together added egg mixture and baked it at 400 degrees. 23 minutes later it was ready. i added a bit more salt to taste, but it came out better than expected for my first frittata.

    I just added sausage and cheese and seasoning to the eggs. I used cast iron, it took about 12-15 min and was DELCIOUS! Kids and adults both loved it.

    Made a great frittata! I made some small changes to the ingredients by adding some ham, onions, carrots, and spinach along with some simple seasoned salt and it turned out great!
