- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spoon 1/2 cup of salsa verde into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside. Reserve the remaining salsa for later use.
- Place the shredded chicken, sour cream, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, and shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl. Mix with a rubber spatula to combine.

I would add some more seasoning to the chicken (I add Caribbean seasoning) and I think grilling your own chicken would give it a good kick. Will use this recipe agai

Great! My husband loves the corn tortillas but I’m not a huge fan of those. I used flour tortillas the last time I believe and they were delicious!

I accidentally added cream cheese instead of sour cream because I was a bit 💨 and they turned out delicious

It was actually really good! i didn’t follow any of the measurements of the spices though, and if i did it would have been bland

I think next time I would add more cheese to the filling but other than that, really good.

I mixed in about half & half verde & enchilada sauce, sprinkled the bottom of pan w jalapeños & topped with green onions cilantro & diced tomatoes... was absolutely delicious!!! Daughter loved it! Gonna be a Xmas Eve tradition dinner🤙

Meh, it was ok. Very easy to make but not my favorite thing I've made. I think I will experiment with using different salsas and types of meat.

Very nice. Needed to spray foil with oil in future because the cheese stuck to it during the first 20 minutes. Will make again.

Delicious & super simple. I added a little cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture to add a small kick to it & used a little less salsa on top.
