This turned out well I added black pepper by instinct, I was glad as it was a little on the bland side, good texture and flavor, next time I’ll add more black pepper and a dash of cayenne.

didn't have grated Parmesan but used a mix of 4 cheeses. came out great. also baked in the air fryer which browned perfectly

I made this using the directions of boiling cauliflower for 5 mins before adding butter and baking it... it seems there’s too much liquid at the bottom after baking it... otherwise I would give it a 5 stars. Easy and kid friendly veggie recipe that the kids and adults will love.
