Nice and easy recipe. I added chopped onions when browning the ground beef. I also topped it with sour cream and parsley when the food was served. Enchiladas tasted great! Will definitely make again.

pretty good, quick and easy. topped it with chopped tomatoes, avocado and sour cream, salsa and jalapenos.

Delicious! Made with ground turkey instead. I definately will make this again soon.
