    Excellent, easy to put together. Using the wheat and corn mixed tortillas eliminates the step of softening the tortillas.

    I used flower tortillas but still turned out really good! Kids liked it too. I also used the can enchilada sauce seemed to work out 😉

    These turned out wonderfully!! I used fresh 1/2 corn, 1/2 flour tortillas from my HEB bakery! Loved the taste and texture they implemented! My family LOVED them!

    This recipe was a total hit with my family. I was skeptical about the zucchini, but it turned out to be a wonderful addition. Best part was how quick and easy it was for my family on the go!!
