I can say it is easy to follow the recipe, still baking but if aroma is any indication, I am confident it will be great!

Excellent, easy to put together. Using the wheat and corn mixed tortillas eliminates the step of softening the tortillas.

I used flower tortillas but still turned out really good! Kids liked it too. I also used the can enchilada sauce seemed to work out 😉

These turned out wonderfully!! I used fresh 1/2 corn, 1/2 flour tortillas from my HEB bakery! Loved the taste and texture they implemented! My family LOVED them!

They did not have the consistency like enchiladas, too much sauce? Needed more flavor too

This recipe was a total hit with my family. I was skeptical about the zucchini, but it turned out to be a wonderful addition. Best part was how quick and easy it was for my family on the go!!
