What a happy treat! Made with a 2yo in mind. She's dipping them in honey and having the best time. Thanks so much.

I like to include 1 Tbsp of brown sugar and shake everything in a plastic produce bag, and then drizzle on the olive oil.

I made these as written and they were so good! The chives were a nice final touch too. They ended up needing a bit more time in the oven than listed, I think it ended up being 5 extra minutes, I tested by stabbing at them with a fork for tenderness. Overall so easy and so good!

had to leave it in the oven for much longer, but it was super tasty and easy to make

They were so good. I did add 1 regular white potato. The combination was delicious! I made these before, but added an onion & paprika, which is good also. But adding the chives I really liked it this way. Thanks for sharing

These were tasty! I cut them thinner than what it says to in the recipe, but they turned out great.

I’m not much for sweet potatoes unless they’re swimming and domed with the good stuff. Needed something simple so gave it a try. Read the reviews and thought it’s just a sweet potato. Well, I’m converted this recipe is going to be a regular on my menu. Really is yummy even charred...I didn’t separate them, piled them on the sheet and they were fine. Baked a total of 40 minutes.

A healthy hit in my home- all my kiddos loved. Perfect, simple recipe. I did leave them in the oven longer than stated by 10 minutes or so.

I added my own spices and cooked it a few minutes longer than suggested and they came out wonderful.

Super easy and yummy! I love sweet potatoes but not when they're too mushy. I used convection setting on our oven to make sure they got crisp without burning.

I do not traditionally like sweet potato fries but these were yummy. They were definitely not crispy though, even though I used a couple of the tricks recommended in comments tip increase crispiness.
