Came out great! I took the advice from 2 of the reviewers and added a splash of red wine. I also threw in a small sprig of rosemary-so tasty! I used left over prime rib. I cut it into 1 inch cubes and tossed it in a little flour, salt & pepper and browned it in the butter oil. Next time I’ll cut back in the salt a little bit. I will definitley be making this again!

Made a few adjustments, added more beef broth and more vegetables. It turned out great.

I made it for my husband and I. I didn’t have the whole cloves so I used ground cloves and overdid it. It was still pretty good, but the next time I made it, I just used 1 teaspoon of ground cloves. MUCH better!!
