    Made it, ate it, & not much to clean up! Easy, quick, & pretty tasty! Not sure why one reviewer reported bland? Had to be in their choice of sauce! My dear wife insisted on refried beans being added so I did, & have to say it was great!

    It was really good and easy to make. May or may not have used an extra can of enchilada sauce because l didn’t read the instructions properly. Learn from my mistakes, or don’t. It tastes good either way!
