I used organic honey instead of vanilla extract. Do not use a cooling rack with these cookies, they will fall apart. I let them cool on the stove for a few minutes, then moved them to a plate.

This recipe = a more complicated way to eat peanut butter off a spoon. So, naturally, it was great.

Easy to make, cooked them 5 minutes longer than the recipe said. Too sugary, next time I will put half the sugar.

This was definitely the easiest peanut butter cookie recipe I’ve ever found! Tasty too!

Well, they are edible. They aren’t good enough for me to make again but they are really easy. Had to cook longer than recipe said, and they were incredibly oily (we had pour the oil out of the batter on the second batch). Wouldn’t make this particular recipe again.

Easiest and most delicious peanut butter cookies ever.
I used “Lantano” sugar made of Monkfruit which has zero calories/Glycemic Index which tastes EXACTLY LIKE PURE CANE SUGAR.
I used a non-sweetened Natural Style peanut butter.
I added some semisweet chocolate chips to half the batch for an alternative.
I Absolutely love the combo of Chocolate and peanut butter: sweet/savory dichotomy taste & I’m in heaven!

It was okay, a little greasy at the bottom of the cookie. I enjoyed that there were only 4 ingredients; it does make 24 cookies and please let them cool completely or they will fall apart.

I had the same recipe, (probs from some other website) and it apparently has less sodium then other recipes for peanut butter cookies! I’ve made this recipe like five times. It’s AMAZING, and makes a lot of cookies, great for camping trips, or just for a large-ish family.

These turned out great! We are high altitude so I did them for 12 minutes and then let cool. Also made a batch with chocolate chips. We tried these with stevia sweetener and you could taste the artificial. I definitely recommend real sugar.

Second year making these. Easy and yummy. If yours doesn’t taste right, consider the brand of PB you’re using. Creamy jif for us this year worked great! 12 minutes in the oven and some were topped with rolos after letting cool a bit. Highly recommend these for any pb cookie fan.

This was the easiest cookie recipe I’ve ever encountered. I was home with nothing much to do and decided I wanted to try a peanut butter cookie recipe. Oh my goodness it was amazingly easy and deliciously satisfying. Will definitely make again and again.

Super soft and tasty. I doubled the recipe and swapped the second cup of sugar for brown sugar and got a lovely added molasses flavor! Yum! Yum!

They were just as good as other peanut butter cookies ive made, and way less work!

They taste good. The cook time was off. I kept them in the oven for about 8 minutes longer and they still weren't all the way cooked.

They taste great and are so easy, but did take longer to cook than advised. I used no-stir natural peanut butter and a reusable silicone baking sheet instead of parchment paper. Maybe that's why it took almost twice as long for mine to cook solid enough to move off the pan even with the one minute rest time before moving. I ended up just transferring the silicone sheet with the cookies onto the baking rake.

They are amazing. I have tried other flourless peanut butter cookies and they always flattened out and didn’t have any volume to them. These are the closest to texture, taste, and consistency when compared to flour peanut butter cookies. And they are SUPER easy to make.
