For the first time making it, it came out great! I made a double batch. I got a new kitchenaid mixer and wanted to go bigger than just 3 cups of flour.

This bread is the best bread I have ever made. It’s simple and doesn’t require much effort other than time. I’ve made it three times now and each is just as soft and delicious as the previous one made. The texture is light.

The bread has great flavor and is really crusty! My dough was really, really wet. I was afraid of working it too much, so I think next time I will add more flour during the forming process. Recipe was easy peasy.

Super easy and delicious!! I added some Trade Joe’s Everything Bagel seasonings to it- really flavorful!

It turned out fantastic! I don’t own a Dutch oven, so I used a roaster pan and it worked. Crisp crust and soft and chewy in the inside. Would like to add herbs next time.
