    Delicious! The recipe tells you to place foil over the crust if it is browning too quickly in the oven.

    The recipe was not my best work. the crust came out brunt at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. I would recommend lowering the heat or adding foil on the edges. the taste of the pie with homemade carmel and a scoope of vanilla bean ice cream helped to over look the appearance of the pie. The taste was great and for that I rate three stars only.
