Wonderful recipe, although I fudged the top just a bit because I always feel like there's never enough crumb topping. Even my dad said he liked this, and normally all I can get from him is comments about how it's not as good as my grandma's!! If you're looking for a dutch apple pie recipe, this is the one to try.

Followed the recipe with the exception of making my Coconut Oil Crust and using 4 medium Granny Smith, 2 medium fugi apples and 1 large Asian pear. We loved the flavor. I feel the lemon amount was perfect. Will make again!

Very good, if I where you then I would add extra cinnamon and lemon to the apple mixture

Very Yummly! Because I live in a camping trailer I used a store bought crust. Due to the closeness of the rack to the burner, I did not blind bake the crust. I baked it for an hour, rotating once to avoid the hot spot in the oven. It turned out beautiful and everyone loved it!
