Really good recipe. For sweet apples (honey crisp) will use less white sugar in filling in future. Used Lemon juice and also added vanilla and salt to filling and pinch salt to topping. Turned out delicious!

Tasted great. It should have said to drain the juice off the apples and then use only half of it to add back with the cornstarch. Mine was a bit runny
Also the crumble was a bit dry. Perhaps more butter?

The family loved it. I probably could have arranged the Apple slices a little better on the pie crust, but otherwise it was amazing.

The pie had good flavor, but the bottom didn't bake and there was a lot of juice. Next time I'm going to lower the oven temperature and bake longer to help the inside bake through before the crust burns.

It turn out great. I will have to work on the topping it came out a little powdery and not much crumble, but it tasted great.

Delicious! We added a teaspoon of cinnamon to the filling and a teaspoon to the filling as well. Baked for exactly 45 minutes in a preheated oven and cooking sheet. Apples were perfect and filling was the perfect consistency. Will definitely make again!!

I invited a friend for coffee and pie. she said this was the best apple pie she had ever tasted. My mother always used two different kind of apples when she made pies. I think it makes a difference.

Was so good, I chopped the apples super fine and did not have any problems with juice. The family thoroughly enjoyed it!

Too much juice
I followed the exact recipe
So much liquid that the bottom of the crust is dissolved

the filling and topping were delicious. but for some reason the bottom crust wasn't cooked all the way. i will have to cook it a little longer next time. we will definitely make it again.
