I changed the recipe a bit according to what I had on hand, but the rice stayed nice and fluffy and had great flavors! The teenage boys loved it and it was the first time using brown rice. They were, and still are clueless! Definitely a go to from here on out! Quick and easy!

I substituted ground beef for ground turkey. I think that made it a little drier but once I added rice, it was delicious! I used beef bouillon - I didn’t have chicken. Very easy. I’d make again!

Very simple to make and had a great taste. Feel like there was something missing tho. My family ate it, even though the bell pepper was in there. So that's a win. Will definitely make it again.

My whole family loved this! My only changes were accidentally omitting the spices when cooking the rice and using vegetable stock instead of chicken stock because it's what I had. And I omitted the cayenne pepper for our little one's tastes. This got rave reviews and I will definitely make it again.
