    Delicious. Great directions for making an omelette. I’d probably just sprinkle the cheese over the veggies next time so the cheese is less clumpy,but that is my own fault, not the fault of the recipe.

    The crispy ham was amazing. One of the best omelets I've had. I ate mine with hot sauce and that added a lot of flavor.

    Great, loved the crispiness of the ham! How have I never learned this trick of pushing the sides in to the middle, gives the beautiful fluffy look I always admired at restaurants.
