Overcooked the heck out of it ADHD-1 Rach-0
Not sure I was a big fan of the flavor anyhow though, seemed a little all over the place. If I can't find a better marinade, I'll come back to this one to tweak.

yummy... i would try a more tender steak next time, london broil can be a bit tough and chewy snd it wasn’t well done..marinade had a nice flavor.

Made this last night! My roommate said it was probably the best dish I’ve made recently. I marinated for 2 hours, baked it for 15 minutes on its own, then added asparagus for another 15. Finished it off with a high broil for 2 minutes. All of that together had the meat medium (I used 1.29 pounds of London broil, which is probably a different result when using 2 pounds). The only thing is maybe I could’ve broiled it a bit longer just to add some slight crispness on the outside!

My Dad used to make this all the time. this is the first time ive made it and the first time ive had it since he passed this past september. not only did it turn out amazing on the grill but it tasted just like the london broil he always made.

Most everyone loved it in my family. We tried the oven version this time. Next time I want to try it on the grill.

Really good. I altered the marinade and seasoning a little. I had to double he cooking time because the cut of meat was so big
