    This was good. I tend to not eat lunch or even breakfast at times and then when I finally eat it’s all the wrong things. This was easy and satisfying. I didn’t use baby bel I cut up some cheddar, Colby Jack, and pepper jack cheese. I also omitted the bread as I didn’t have it but added a few almonds.
