I added some chopped fresh garlic after reading the reviews and I think it turned out tasty!

Coconut oil is fatty but the recipe tastes healthy lol. Really liked it overall just a little less flavor than I was expecting

Easy recipe with straightforward instructions. But this recipe is nothing to write home about. As far as turmeric coated cauliflower goes; there are better tasting recipes out there

meh, the spice blend is fine but perhaps too much or not enough cauliflower. left my cauliflower dusty textured.
i think ill try it again toasting the spices in the coconut oil first, then tossing the cauliflower, then salting/ roasting.

I am looking forward to making this. I tried a different version a while back but this recipe seems healthier, better. Cauliflower is all the rage now for the right reason.

Delicious! I love cauliflower anyway, but roasted with the spices in this recipe (turmeric, cumin, coriander) takes it to another level! These are spices I rarely use, let alone in combination. My first time cooking with coconut oil, which I was pleased to discover.

I just brushed a little coconut oil so it didn't come out too oily. Didn't taste much coconut because of this, but it was so delicious. Very easy to make too
