  • 2 cans chickpeas (drained)
  • 3 Tbsp. grapeseed oil
  • 1 tsp. ground coriander
  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro (minced)
  • lime zest (from one lime)
  • lime juice (from one lime)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

    Directions

    1. In a bowl, combine drained chickpeas with oil and all spices and herbs. Fold in zest and juice. Toss to combine.
    2. Preheat Air Fry Mode to 390°F.
    3. Air fry chickpeas for 15-17 minutes.
    4. Remove from oven. Chickpeas can be served immediately or at room temperature.
