Dopeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Came out great! Split one of the loafs in half and made it garlic bread it was a real hit!

Woww!!! I made the best loaf ever!! I did not use the egg glaze but it still came out perfect like artisan bread. I had mine at 450 C for 25 mins using a pizza stone and a steaming tray underneath. Thank you for the great tip!

I currently have a double batch rising. This is my third time making this delicious bread. My Italian husband requested I make it again as he cannot get over how much it tastes just like his late mammas. It is easy and fool proof and tasty! I especially like it because it makes me look like a real artisan! Bread on the left I used the pan of water under the loaves. Bread on the right, I forgot the water. Makes a huge difference!

Very good! Nice and soft on the inside and the perfect amount of crisp on the outside. I might make it in to 3-4 smaller loaves since it’s just my husband and I, so I could freeze them!

This recipe was a hit. A saver! Followed the recipe as is, froze one loaf & was just as good once thawed. Will make again.
