    Super quick & simple! To make this more substantial for breakfast, I made some changes: I used whole wheat flour, 1/3 cup granulated Stevia, 1/4 cup of butter & 1/4 cup of tahini. In place of vanilla, I used vanilla creme Stevia instead & added 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg. I also used a mix of blueberries & sliced strawberries. It baked for about 35-40 minutes before it was done. I served it for breakfast with some vanilla Greek yogurt. My husband loved it. I look forward to making this again with different berry combinations.

    Amazing!! It’s delicious and very easy to make. My husband and son also loved it. Mine took 40 minutes to bake.
