Not a fan. I found it chewy - maybe the whole wheat flour? Even with the olive oil misto, it stubbornly sticks to the quiche pan.
The flavors were good, though. I'll try it again with white flour (less than the recipe calls for) and butter instead of olive oil.

Very good. Added smoked paprika and a touch of cayenne. Might try it next time with onions instead of shallots and maybe add some chopped artichoke hearts.

Delicious! Added fresh dill too. Used cheese cloth to remove moisture from zucchini. Will definitely make again...probably tomorrow 😋

It was very good! Tasted like broccoli casserole. I put extra cheese bc I’m just like that

My husband and I ate this entire pie. That how delicious it was! With that said, the Parmesan goes on top not in the mixing bowl which totally got me (still tasted wonderful mixed in however) ;) and this takes way more than 30 minutes. Set aside an hour. Half for prep and the rest for cook time.
