    This was really good. It made a lot so we will be having leftovers. I added a little grated mozzarella to the panko mix, plus I used whole eggs not egg whites. I will share this recipe with friends 😊

    These turned out great! I used garlic salt instead of kosher salt and reduced the pepper to 1/4 tsp. These were crispy and a better alternative to frying. I will make this again.

    Turned out good but took forever to bake definitely much longer than the suggested time they would have been raw. Everyone loved them made some marinara to go with them will make again for sure
