    This was pretty good, it had a solid consistency, but I found it to be a bit bland. I think I may have held back a bit on my salt and pepper. When I do it again i will add some green chilis to add a bit more flavor.

    So great to wake up in the morning with all the delicious smells of breakfast without any of the morning scurrying! Reducing the eggs to 4 doesn’t hurt the recipe (since I was too lazy to go BACK to the store when I realized my error)
