  • 3 medium carrots (diced)

  • 2 yellow onions (small, diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder (not the spicy variety)
  • 2 tsp. smoked paprika
