    I have made this twice; so easy and so good. I did not add veggies either time, opting to cook them separately. But I added half a cup of beef broth this last time to get a little extra liquid for gravy and it worked out nicely.

    Love this! I do add beef broth so it won’t be a little dry it still comes out perfect 😀
