This was good. My husband loved it. I put onion in it for more vegetables. Great recipe!

Absolutely wonderful !!! my new go-to roast recipe.
I had to double the recipe (large hungry family). I sprinkled a pack of the au jus in the pot while searing ... by mistake, and used the 2nd pack over the meat in the crockpot as instructed.
Put the roast on around 8am (low) before heading to church and when I returned home the aroma was amazing.
My family devoured it.

I tried this recipe, I added a 1/2 cup of water to my ingredients and it turned out GREAT!!! It was a simple recipe. The roast was tender and delicious.... Will definitely try it again....

I finally mastered the roast! This was amazing, and the idea with the pepperoncinis was brilliant. I’ve actually used that in other recipes now. This is just incredible.

it was delicious. My family loved it. it had great flavor and turned out very tender. We served with a salad and mashed potatoes. Ill definitely make this again!

I’ve made this three times now. It’s a hit with my entire family. My two year old didn’t like the gravy the first time, so I add fewer pepperoncini now and it goes over better.

This was really good. I used low sodium beef broth and water to better cover the roast. Should only need 6-7 hours max on low heat.

Made this last night for our small group. i forgot the peppers and added some brown gravy mix 30 min before it finished. it was a hit!!! will make it again with the peppers next time

Taste amazing! I left out the peppers because I have G.E.R.D. and can’t have anything acidic.

oh my goodness! i was a little hesitant adding the peperoncini's thinking it sounded kind of strange, but i did it and the flavor was fantastic! my family insist that I make this again often. thank you!

It turned out perfect just like the recipe, but it wasn’t our cup of tea. Wasn’t the taste we go for.
