This is an awesome base recipe to base off of but try This with heavy whipping cream instead of half and half. Also add a block of cream cheese, 1 table spoon of old bay, and lawreys. Also take some raw bacon and cook it from the start in the crock pot too. You can thank me later! Other than that not too bad of a recipe.

It was so easy to make, but seeing other comments a out being blan, i added 1 cream cheese, and diced up half of the bacon and threw in the crock pot raw. added so much flavor, i thicked it up some by adding some corn starch and a few tablenspoons of instant potatoes with the rest of the half and half!!! my family loved it!

This was a good soup, but it was slightly lacking in flavor. It also turned out quite thick, perhaps more chicken broth?

It’s in the process of slow cooking but very easy to make/prepare, smells amazing and can’t wait to devour a huge bowl! 🙂
