I’ve yet to enjoy a recipe that calls for placing chicken and raw onions in a slow cooker. If I try this again, I’ll probably sauté the onions first and maybe just use a packet of fajita mix.

Meh. It was good once dressed in toppings but we felt it was sort of bland. Doubt i’ll make again

The original recipe was a little bland, too much meat, and not enough veggies and flavor. I doubled all the spices and used 2 cans of rotel instead of 1. I added a fajita pouch. I used two onions and three peppers. Also, keep an eye on the chicken . it cooked faster than the time allotted. I would make it again with the adjustments to the original recipe. I gave the three star rating because of the original recipe. With the adjustments, I would rate it higher. My dad practically inhaled it. :)

After reading reviews I decided to add fajita flavoring. One of the best chicken fajitas I’ve ever had! Definitely making again.

Came out great, I always add a lot more seasoning than it calls for. Like 5x the amount (sorry I don’t measure lol). I doubled the diced tomato and chili’s, peppers and onions also. Remember, it might look like a decent amount when you put it in but they will reduce in size as they lose water. Now onto the excess liquid. Drain the excess liquid from the tomatoes And add 2-3 tbsp of corn starch to tighten up the liquid so it’s not like fajita soup. Hope this helps!!

I followed the recipe and just added a packet of fajita seasoning to the crockpot when adding the other seasonings and it was DELICIOUS. Definitely will be making these again!

I followed recipe just added more seasonings because it needed more flavor and salt. Everyone had different taste buds to their liking so I would just follow the recipe and see what it may need

Easy recipe..tasted ok..but not the same as making them in a cast iron skillet... veggies were to soft and mushy for my taste. I added hot habanero Rotel for the can tomatoe ingredient and topped the fahita with fresh jalapenos and hot salsa..had to kick it up a notch..this was for my taste.. wouldn't recommend for the amature chilly head! All n all it was etable.

This was easy and very delicious. I used minced garlic and extra mushrooms. Wish I had used more onion.
