    These potatoes were sooo good! I did use the baking soda and I did not turn them because I was being lazy !! They still came out crispy on both sides, they were perfect alongside of my roast beef.

    Delicious. Everyone loved them. We kept the potato pieces small, and they turned out to be the best crispy oven roasted potatoes I ever made. Definitely will make again.

    Great basic recipe. Boil + bake is the way to go for that crispy exterior and creamy interior. Do yourself a favour though, add more spices (onion powder, garlic powder, paprika...) take the basis of this recipe and make it great.

    The very best potatoes I have ever ate! I followed the recipe and used peeled russet potatoes. I also added the baking soda in my water with salt as it was suggested. The extra cooking time made it worth it in the end! You must try these!
