These pork chops are so easy to make and so good! Definitely making these again. I did add some pork perfect seasoning and a cherry cola rub to the ingredients and these were to die for!

Turned out perfect! Turned out very tender and moist. I didn’t have panko so used just Italian breadcrumbs and it turned out just fine. So much better than shake and bake. :)

Better than I expected, definitely a keeper. Crispy on the outside, but nice and juicy once you bite into it.

I baked on a cooking rack so I didnt need to flip.. turned out cruspy on both sides. good flavor, no adjustments

It was great but not as crispy as I would have liked. Not sure why it was soggy in spots. Maybe too much breading? I'll try again.

They came out ok I guess not juicy, may have over cooked, will have to take a few minutes off the recipe.

This turned out fantastic!! I omitted the sugar though and added onion powder instead. Will make this again

I'm 66 and these are the BEST, EASIEST, TASTIEST pork chops I've ever made. The coating/oil mixture idea is BRILLIANT. I had frozen 1/2" (a real half inch) slices of a full loin we ask the butcher to cut for us. (I know, not technically chops, with no bone) Tender, with a crispy outside. btw, let them rest for a while or the bottom coating stays on the parchment paper. I've come to LOVE parchment paper - BEST to bake with.
The only change was using Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning in place of the chili powder.
THANK YOU!

It turned good very delicious. I added a little more paprika and chili seasoning. I had to cook it a little longer because my chops were thick.

Didn’t use sugar and coated chops with olive oil instead of adding oo to mixture. Delicious!

This was so easy and my chops tasted amazing. I used the recipe as directed but left out the sugar. This was a hit for the whole family. I’ve even used it for chicken. This is a delicious and healthy alternative to fried chops or chicken!

What a recipe! The panko provides the perfect coating and my boyfriend and his family loved it! Definitely will make again, practice makes perfect 😍
