I will be making this again. I used sesame oil instead of peanut oil. Pretty tasty.

A very versatile recipe. I could not find shiitake mushrooms at the store, used portobello instead. No kale, so spinach it is! No peanut oil, so grape seed oil. Tasted great!

This dinner is DELICIOUS!!! I added thinly sliced radishes and matchstick carrots. I also put a little sweet chili sauce on some of it when eating it but it doesn’t need it. Definitely a keeper!!!

Love this. I have made it a couple of times. The only change I made was to add garlic.

Delicious! I cut the rice and scallions in half but kept everything else the same. Also used jasmine rice

Very good. I used dehydrated gourmet mushrooms and portobello and brown rice. Turn out great.
