    I used garlic salt instead of (regular) salt and grated parmesan cheese (yes, the kind that comes in a plastic container) instead of shredded parmesan. These potatoes were delicious. Not overly crispy nor too tender.

    Too much pepper. The bake time was off for me only needed about 23 to 25 minutes
