I’ve made it twice and it’s very good. This is actually three recipes and the links don’t work so I had to search up the original website. It’s so tasty I wrote down the complete instructions on an index card to avoid aggravation!

Delicious even without the beans. Added grated carrot instead Even my fussy teenager ate them :-)

These were fantastic! Cauliflower was crunchy and chewy... didn't use beans, but the tacos were still great.

Extremely delicious. I left out the beans not instead sautéed onions, garlic, tomatoes and Chile poblano and added that in the tacos

The cauliflower didn’t get crispy and had an odd flavor because of the peanut butter base, but the yum yum sauce & cabbage were great. Next time I’d use a cauliflower recipe I have that gets super crispy when baked.
