This was extremely tender and tasted nice. Will definitely make again and again. I layered cookie sheet with parchment paper and sprayed pork chops with a shot of cooking spray. Used no oil.15 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other. My pork chops were large.

Great! I used a mixture of Italian and panko breadcrumbs and I pan fried them

It is better than making shake and bake which I have used for years! I had everything on hand and it is moist and juicy!
