Crunchy, cheesy, tender pork chops with a side of broccoli and crispy bacon, all on one sheet pan! The recipe is a Yummly original created by Sara Mellas.


  • 4 pork loin chops (about 1 inch thick)
  • 1 1/2 pounds broccoli
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (for broccoli)
  • black pepper (to taste, for broccoli)
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 ounce Parmesan cheese (1 oz. is about 3 Tbsp.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (for panko)
  • black pepper (to taste, for panko)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz. is about 1/2 cup)

    This is delicious and the pork camp out perfect I found it hard to keep the broccoli from getting a little blackened. I will make this again for sure

    it was ok , a little salty for us, next time i would not add any salt to it and see.

    it was so very good. i think that the meat was very salty with adding salt, parmesan, and cheddar. the bacon might have made it salty too. i think next time i won't add salt to the bread crumbs. but other than that amazing! got my 7 year old to eat his broccoli.

    We made six pork chops instead of four. Next time I think we will use two pans to fit more broccoli and allow for more space.
